Note: Orders that contain Hazardous Goods (HG) or Dangerous Goods (DG) can only be shipped via UPS Ground within the 48 Continental US States. No Export shipments containing HG or DG products will be accepted or processed. If you are unsure or have questions, call our Customer Service Dept on 1-800-289-5477 or email us.

Shipping Time: Orders placed on our site usually ship the same day unless a product is out of stock.

Calculating Shipping Cost: It's easy to calculate shipping costs on our Web site before you purchase a product.  Just follow the steps below.

Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed. Once an order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number in order to determine a delivery date from the shipping carrier.
