(4) Get a confirmation from MyPeridot, LLC, that your account has been approved. (5) Commit to send account update information when needed (For Instance: Change of Address, Business Type, Tax ID etc). Shipping Restrictions: (1) For Certain Manufacturers and Product Lines we have territory restrictions which we strictly adhere to. (2) We actively participate in anti-diversion programs to ensure that products are not being diverted or exported if that is part of our Distribution Agreement.
